The SEMA Members Lounge provides members with a place to take a break, grab lunch and network with other members. A second Members Lounge located in the South Hall has been added for the 2017 SEMA Show.

A wide variety of businesses attend the SEMA Show each year, but the companies in the buyer category—identified with a red badge—enjoy a few special benefits. “Buyers” are companies that fall into the retailer and distributor segment of the industry. Non-SEMA-member buyers are encouraged to sign up for a SEMA membership at the Show so that they can not only receive perks at that event but also receive year-round member benefits.

Visit one of SEMA’s membership locations at either Registration, SEMA Central (located in the Grand Lobby) or Members Lounge-North (N251). While visiting those locations, you can learn about SEMA’s year-round member benefits, which can help grow your business and save you money. A SEMA staff team member will be happy to explain how becoming a SEMA member can benefit your company throughout the year as well as the perks that are available for you to enjoy while at the Show. Buyers who join during the 2017 SEMA Show will get the special Member Buyer Reward (MBR) privileges listed on the next page.

If you are a current SEMA member buyer, your MBR credential was mailed to you in mid-October. Be sure to bring your MBR hard card with you to access to the following exclusive perks:

MBR Program

  • SEMA member buyers can enjoy a VIP lounge inside of the Members Lounge where they can rest and recharge their devices while enjoying a cup of complimentary coffee
    or water.
  • MBR members have access to the exclusive MBR taxi line from 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., Tuesday–Thursday, and 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., on Friday. (No more waiting!)
  • On your way into the MBR VIP lounge within the Members Lounges, pick up your limited-edition MBR keychain.
  • MBR members will have a VIP entry line into SEMA Ignited, the official SEMA Show after-party, taking place Friday, November 3 at 3:00 p.m.

Members Lounge—Expanding to Two Locations for the 2017 SEMA Show

SEMA Members: Connect. Refuel. Recharge.

Members Lounge, North Hall: SEMA Members are invited to enjoy their exclusive Members Lounge during Show hours. Located in North Hall room N251, the lounge offers a relaxing environment in which to take a break between meetings or seminars. A powerful advantage of the Members Lounge is the ability to charge your devices at one of several charging stations. You will also have access to computers connected to an in-lounge printer.

Hot meals will be available for purchase from 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. daily. If you are in a hurry, take advantage of Grab ’n’ Go snacks, beverages and sandwiches that are also available for purchase any time during Show hours.

The Members Lounge serves as the perfect destination meeting point between SEMA members. Whether it’s catching up with an old colleague or friend or you’re looking to hold a meeting with your department or customers, the Members Lounge provides the right atmosphere. You can reserve dedicated, private meeting rooms before arriving in Vegas or while on-site.*

New Members Lounge–South: SEMA Members are encouraged to take a break in the new Members Lounge in South Hall. Located in the east end of the Lower South Hall lobby, the lounge offers a relaxing environment with plenty of seating. If you are in a hurry running from meeting to meeting, take advantage of Grab n’ Go snacks, beverages and sandwiches that are also available for purchase any time during Show hours.

Another powerful advantage of the Members Lounge is networking and holding meetings in dedicated, private meeting rooms.* The lounge will also offer free charging stations.

*Rooms can be reserved only for two nonconsecutive one-hour time slots per day per company. Rooms may also be reserved on-site, based on availability. Reserve your meeting space for either of the Members Lounges today by contacting AJ Carney at andreac@sema.org
