The Latest Tire Designs

Tires are especially important because they are the only vehicle components that actually touch the ground. A variety of publications cover the latest tire offerings to help keep consumers and the industry in the loop on new compounds and designs. These publications were among the many that attended the 2016 SEMA Show to document the newest tires available from manufacturers exhibiting at the Show.

Four WheelerFour Wheeler

Given the many tire manufacturers that exhibit at the SEMA Show, Verne Simons at Four Wheeler wrote an article and compiled a 68-photo slide show highlighting all of the new off-road tires rather than focusing on a handful of companies.

Tech Editor Mark Houlahan wrote an article for Mustang 360 on Continental Tire’s new UHP tire and how the company used the help of five International Motor Sports Association drivers to develop it.

Bruce Davis from Tire Business was at the 2016 SEMA Show covering Mickey Thompson Tires’ introduction of its new mission and image and Pirelli’s expansion of its PZero line to include a new all-season tire.
