As the No. 1 buyer and media destination, the New Products Showcase is the ideal place for exhibitors to house their new or featured products.
With four months left until the SEMA Show, exhibitors are kicking their Show plans into high gear. Deadlines are approaching and companies are looking to get things done in preparation for the upcoming event. To stay on track for a smooth and successful ride to the Show, here are some key action items for exhibitors to take care of this month.
Enter your product in the New Products Showcase: As the No. 1 buyer and media destination, the New Products Showcase is the ideal place for exhibitors to house their new or featured products. The first product entry is completely free and offers additional exposure and publicity. More than half of SEMA Show buyers are influenced to visit an exhibitor after seeing their product in the New Products Showcase. Enter your product here.
Submit press releases and photos to the SEMA Show Online Media Center: Exhibitors can announce their Show-related news and announcements on the SEMA Show Online Media Center. This free service is a great way to generate buzz about your company prior to the Show. Editors, reporters and SEMA publications use the Online Media Center to obtain information and news for editorial content. Exhibitors can submit a press release at www.SEMAShow.com/press. Many editors are already seeking content, so visit the Online Media Center today.
Target times available: Each exhibiting company will be assigned a target time by Freeman, which is the block of time that your freight needs to be delivered to your booth. This includes things such as your exhibit properties, products and all other materials needed to set up your booth. Your assigned time will be available in the Exhibitor Services Manual by mid-July. Find out more detailed information on target times and shipping your freight to the Show.
Submit celebrity appearance listing: Exhibitors can benefit from submitting their celebrity appearance listing early to avoid missing the September 4 deadline. While it may seem far off, the celebrity listing deadline will be here before you know it, so secure your spot on the official schedule before it’s too late! The official SEMA Show Celebrity Appearance list is promoted in SEMA eNews, the SEMA Show website, SEMA News and the SEMA Show Daily. Celebrity Appearance Notification Form.
