ETTN Shares Progress and Opportunities [1]

ETTN LogoThe inaugural Emerging Trends & Technology Network (ETTN) networking event, held November 5 at the SEMA Show’s New Products Showcase, was a huge success. Focused on building community among automotive specialty-equipment engineers, product developers and industrial designers, the event featured several speakers who helped facilitate conversation on emerging industry technology and trends. The event included food, beverages and refreshments, courtesy of the network and SEMA. John Waraniak, SEMA’s vice president of vehicle technology, took a few minutes to address the attendees and let them know some of the latest and greatest things his group has been working on.

ETTN LogoWelcome to the new Emerging Trends and Technology Network (ETTN), an organization where engineers, programmers, designers and those affected by the fast pace of ever-changing automotive technology can come together as a community. The mission of ETTN is to “identify, understand and communicate emerging trends and technologies to help members improve.” There is a real need within SEMA for individuals to understand and be prepared for upcoming changes to the industry, most of which are based on technological advancements.
