I grew up in a family owned aftermarket manufacturing company.

Although there are many people that lead by great example and have accomplished great things at young ages the person I have learned the most from is my father and General Manager of Advantage Truck Accessories Jeff Fink. Not only have a learned a lot about day to day business and sales aspects I have also learned that being involved in your industry and doing something that you like will help you become more succesfull in what ever you do.

What is the most satisfying aspect about your work?
I enjoy building relationships and meeting new people. Also, our company allows and requires us to be charitable and spend time doing something that benefits the community.
