Chairman of the Board Nate Shelton Challenges You to a Race in Pomona

Each year, generous individuals around the United States step up to sponsor cars for SEMA's Pinewood Drag Races, and SEMA councils challenge each other for the Council Cup. This is all done in support of SEMA Cares charities, such as Childhelp and Victory Junction, which both support children in need. This year's event will take place near the historic Pomona Raceway—the perfect setting for a drag race—at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Convention Center in Pomona, California, July 18, 2014.

Make a Difference—Volunteer for Next Week's North Carolina Pinewood Build

Nothing's more satisfying than helping a child in need, and what better way than dedicating some of your personal time to help the wonderful kids from SEMA Cares charities—Childhelp and Victory Junction. The final Pinewood build day will be held June 10, in Randleman, North Carolina, at Victory Junction, and volunteers are needed to assist the kids with building, painting and racing their cars and trucks.
