This year’s SEMA Show included a specially designed, purpose-built headquarters for the tire industry. A show within a show, the Global Tire Expo—Powered by Tire Industry Association (TIA) was created to focus attention on tire-industry innovations and opportunities. Judging by the positive reactions of all involved, the Expo concept turned out to be a great idea.

The 2010 SEMA Show featured the brand-new Global Tire Expo—Powered by TIA (Tire Industry Association). This new show within a show brought all segments of the tire industry together in a single location and made it easier than ever for tire professionals to navigate the SEMA Show.

Through SEMA News, the SEMA website and a variety of other media outlets, we amplify and carry forward one of the Show’s primary value propositions: creating high-level awareness for the industry’s innovative and trendsetting new products.

More Than 12,000 Registered 2010 SEMA Show Buyers Are Interested in Tire Products

So far, 180 tire companies—of which 34 are first-timers—are exhibiting
at the Global Tire Expo—Powered by TIA in the South Hall’s lower level.

For 2010, SEMA and the Tire Industry Association (TIA) have created
this tire industry-only part of the SEMA Show, which will be open to
all segments of the tire industry, including automotive, commercial,
retreading, recycling and more.
